HTAV Shop Sales & Return Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from the HTAV Shop. Booksellers should please see the HTAV Publishing Distribution Policy.
All prices are GST inclusive and are subject to change without notice. HTAV trades in Australia only.
HTAV members who have an account set up through the HTAV Shop may use a purchase order for their goods to be charged to their school. A valid purchase order number must be provided at the time of purchase. Please contact email@example.com if you experience any issues.
Postage and Handling charges apply to all orders and will be calculated and displayed at time of purchase. Goods are sent as a standard delivery via Australia Post. HTAV does not ship orders overseas at present.
Where HTAV merchandise and apparel is being supplied and posted by a 3rd party supplier, additional postage costs will be incurred and displayed.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the processing and dispatch of book orders.
If the customer selects the option to collect their order from the HTAV office, they will be notified when the order is ready for collection. Goods must be collected from the HTAV office within 7 working days unless otherwise specified. HTAV takes no responsibility if goods are no longer available after that date.
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Transit damage/faulty
- Titles incorrectly supplied by HTAV
HTAV cannot accept returns due to change of mind, or for clearance items.
All claims must be made within 30 days from date of purchase and specify the HTAV invoice number relevant to the sale.
If goods are faulty or incorrect goods have been received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a return slip will be sent so that you can return the goods to HTAV. Once the returned item/s have been received a replacement will be sent via express post.
We are unable to refund eBook purchases if the eBook code has been activated as it is deemed as used and unable to be resold. Please select wisely when purchasing an eBook. If you have not activated your eBook code, please contact us so we can assess eligibility for a refund/exchange.
If a refund is due, it will be refunded back to the same method of purchase that was used at the original time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to clear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days from confirmation, please email us at email@example.com.
